Our hosts Holiday Van Erem and Michael Goria explore important topics in the flooring industry that don’t always get the attention or explanation they deserve. On What The Floor, our hosts are going to shake things up, discuss the many great products we carry, and share some industry knowledge, all while having a great time.
Meet Our Hosts
Holiday was born and raised in South King County, which is about an hour outside of Seattle, WA. She graduated from Green River College with a broadcasting certificate and went straight to work for CBS Radio. About 14 years ago, she answered a T&A Supply Company Craigslist help wanted ad, and she’s never looked back. She’s our marketing guru turned podcast host, and she too has a passion for all things flooring.
Michael is a born and raised Pacific North Westerner. He graduated from Pacific University with a degree in Business Finance and Accounting, and quickly found out he wasn’t very good at math. So he transitioned to the wood and flooring industry over 24 years ago and has been fortunate enough to have visited mills and factories all over the world. Michael has been at T&A Supply for over 4 years and loves being involved in all things hard-surface flooring products. Wood is his expertise, and talking flooring is his passion.
