Point Ruston – Rainier Condos

The Rainier Condominiums faced the site-specific challenge of being on the waterfront of Point Ruston. The installation of engineered hardwood that this flooring contractor had previously used was unable to holdup to the environmental challenges of the site conditions and therefore was prone to damage. As recommended by our TAS Contract team, Raintree Waterproof Hardwood was selected for use, as it would have better durability and capacity to withstand environmental damage due to its waterproof technology.

The TAS Contract team recommended the use of Raintree Waterproof Hardwood in this space because of its innovative waterproofing technology.
